SMS Privacy Policy
Effective July 19, 2026
Scope and operator. Aaron Johnson operates the Agention Health Partners Credentialing Demo (the “Program”), a low-volume, consent-based credentialing SMS demonstration.
Information we collect. When you opt in or exchange messages with the Program, we collect the mobile number you provide, the consent language and timestamp associated with your opt-in, message content, delivery information, and your opt-in or opt-out status.
How we use information. We use this information only to enroll you in, deliver, operate, secure, and evaluate the credentialing messaging Program. Messages may ask whether you are the appropriate contact for a credentialing case, request limited credentialing-record confirmation, or provide a case-status follow-up.
Messaging disclosures. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Participation is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile data and consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not transfer this information for lead generation. We may disclose information to service providers, including Twilio and telecommunications carriers, only as necessary to deliver and operate the Program, or when required by law.
Sensitive information. The Program does not request or transmit protected health information by SMS. Do not send patient information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by SMS.
Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed to operate the Program and meet applicable legal requirements.
Your choices. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent. Reply HELP for assistance. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact aj3248@drexel.edu.
Changes. This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
