SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective July 19, 2026

Program and sender. Aaron Johnson operates the Agention Health Partners Credentialing Demo (the “Program”), a low-volume developer demonstration.

Program messages. If you opt in, you may receive recurring, automated, two-way SMS messages asking whether you are the appropriate contact for a credentialing case, requesting limited credentialing-record confirmation, or providing a case-status follow-up. The Program does not send marketing messages and does not request or transmit protected health information by SMS. Do not send patient information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by SMS.

Consent and eligibility. You may enroll only through the public consent form at https://national-ai-study.com/sms-consent by entering a mobile number you own or are authorized to use and separately checking the SMS consent box. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Only mobile numbers with a recorded affirmative consent are eligible for application-originated SMS outreach.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After the opt-out confirmation, no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact aj3248@drexel.edu.

Delivery and availability. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, network, or service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The SMS Privacy Policy is available at https://national-ai-study.com/sms-privacy.

Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
